ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Analyst's primary responsibility is to support the SEM Manager to create, optimize and execute our customer acquisition marketing plan, focusing on PPC (pay per click) and Display Advertising for our various websites.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to build creative assets aligned with campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights and reporting on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Maintain and update campaign trackers, budget pacing sheets, and performance dashboards in Excel.
- Support keyword research, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research to inform strategic recommendations.
- Assist with campaign setup on additional platforms including TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads (experience a plus).
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on Meta Ads campaign management.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and digital KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and charting.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
- Experience or familiarity with TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into marketing insights.
- Clear, concise communication and teamwork skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certification(s).
- Experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing environments.
- Working knowledge of Analytics and tracking implementation (UTM parameters, pixel management, etc).
