In addition to traditional health benefits, UA Brands is happy to offer our employees the following:

Family Medical Leave (FMLA)

FMLA allows eligible employees to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid job protected Family and Medical Leave in accordance with federal law and any applicable state laws. Before making arrangements and to determine if you qualify for this benefit, please speak with Human Resources.

Personal Leave

For employees who are not eligible for FMLA but request medical and/or personal leaves, UA Brands may provide unpaid personal leave to eligible employees who wish to apply to take time off from work duties to fulfill personal obligations or medical conditions not eligible for FMLA. Before making arrangements and to determine if you qualify for this benefit, please speak with Human Resources.

Bereavement

UA Brands offers bereavement time to employees to make funeral arrangements, attend the funeral and burial, and any other ancillary matters employees must address when a loved one dies. UA Brands provides up to 24 hours (three 8-hour days) for the death of an immediate family member. Immediate family includes: spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and in-laws.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

There may be times where you need to speak to someone confidentially about certain issues. At UA Brands, we want all of our employees to feel like they have a way to outreach for certain personal matters they may not feel comfortable speaking about to someone at work. With this, the Employee Assistance Program provides free initial counseling by trained professionals. This program helps you and your family members address any number of problems (family, marital, financial, legal, substance abuse, etc.) that may affect your personal life and/or job performance.

The Employee Assistance Program is strictly confidential and is designed to allow you or your family members to seek help on your own. Additional information can be found on the ADP portal or by speaking to a member of Human Resources.

Additional Benefits

  • Transportation: Door-to-Door subsidized pickup and drops.
  • Hardship Allowance: Paid over and above the employees’ monthly salary for performing official duties during the night schedules defined by the organization.
  • Extended Hardship Allowance: Paid over and above the employees’ monthly salary to compensate associate for extended hardship.
  • Relocation: UA provides temporary accommodation to selected employees and their dependent family members for initial 01-02 weeks from their Hire Date.
  • Earned Leave (EL): Maximum Eligibility Per year 24 Days
  • Maternity Leave (ML): Paid Maternity Leave with full pay for a maximum period of 26 weeks.
  • Compensatory Off Leave (Comp Off): Comp Off is granted to employees who have worked on Approved Holidays and on Weekly Offs.
  • Bereavement Leave (BL): 03 working days
  • Paternity Leave (PL): 03 working days
  • Employee Referral Bonus of Up to INR. 30,000/-
