While our Costa Rica business office is based in the beautiful and sunny province of Heredia, at a convenient We Work building with wonderful co-working space, most of our global team members in Costa Rica are able to work exclusively from home.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Coordinator, B2B will be responsible for coordinating the technical aspects and day-to-day operations of key marketing automation and CRM systems, as well as working with various online marketing tools used for email marketing, project management, and analytics. The position will report directly to the Director of Marketing, B2B, while working alongside many cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Creative.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate the marketing automation and sales acceleration tools, e.g., Salesforce Sales and Marketing Clouds and ZoomInfo, for day-to-day setup, system management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales to manage the lead flow process, technology, and prescriptive use of CRM.
- Utilize available tools, such as ZoomInfo and Salesforce Account Engagement, to support prospective efforts and provide leads for new business for the sales team.
- Promote data integrity, developing and documenting best practices for data cleanliness.
- Prepare and analyze marketing-related pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Analyze and execute work requests from the sales team submitted through the internal project management system, i.e., Workfront.
- Leverage dashboards and pipeline metrics to reveal the need to accelerate, advance, or unstick prospects, leads, or opportunities within the pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position. Must demonstrate the ability to read, speak, and write in English.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with lead generation, marketing automation, Salesforce or related systems in a B2B environment.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with prospecting qualified new business leads by utilizing the internet, media, referrals, and other resource material.
- 2 to 4 years of experience with emerging technologies, including marketing automation, lead management strategies (lead scoring, lead nurturing, etc.), CRM systems, and sales processes.
- Able to drive analytical insight, pulling key conclusions from data and proposing meaningful hypotheses.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to effectively lead and work with cross-functional teams.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Technology-savvy, with keen interest in emerging technologies, including marketing automation, lead management strategies (lead scoring, lead nurturing, etc.), CRM systems, and sales processes.
- Able to use Workfront to manage requests, campaigns, and projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge/experience in Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-oriented
