ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for managing replenishment inventory for the Retail locations ensuring key metrics(turn, in stock, productivity and profitability) are achieved.Partners with Merchant counterpart to maintain accurate assortments, and challenge Merchant to edit non-productive SKUs and maximize the most productive SKUS. Analyze current business trends, in stock rates and balance of tops to bottoms weekly to adjust minimums as required to optimize business. Track vendor out of stocks and offer alternatives styles to Merchants. Transfer replenishment product between stores as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Analyze current sales trends and adjust minimums to maximize sales and profit results.
- Maintain accurate assortment plans based onMerchant vision. Challenge assortments based on sales and productivity results.
- Run and evaluate replenishment orders each week based on order schedule.
- Review and initiate interstore transfers on core assortments.
- Forecast build orders for key time periods and major sales promotions.
- Archive POs in a timely manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year degree preferred with a specialization in Business or Fashion Marketing
- Must have good exposure to working with internal stakeholders based out of international locations.
Must be willing to work during the permanent shift from 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST on weekdays.
