Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the hiring process from start to end.  The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the departments and locations to deliver best talent in the organization.  The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships while having FUN doing it! In addition, the Recruiter will guide hiring managers and candidates through an efficient hiring workflow process while maintaining, optimizing, and managing the applicant tracking system.  Additional responsibilities include assuring that candidates have a positive brand experience with UA Brands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Work with  HR/Site Leader to create and implement Employment Marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria, to maximize effectiveness of the interviewing and recruiting/hiring process and regularly follow up to ensure timeliness of recruitment/hiring process.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
  • Track and report key metrics on staffing activity.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiencies in the hiring process including reducing time-to-fill and removing bottlenecks through automated processes.
  • Oversee the management of the applicant tracking system including job description templates, job postings, candidate profiles, and administrative functions.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.

Required Skills Including Systems Applications/Software Utilized:

  • In-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Emotional Intelligence.
  • Capable of working on multiple projects at the time while managing changing priorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Strong experience hiring IT positions is a plus.
  • 3-4 years experience working on similar roles.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking system is required.
  • Staffing/recruiting for all organizational levels from entry level to corporate staff.
  • Using social media to source candidates.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Recruiting through multiple platforms including LinkedIn.
