Overview

JOB´S PRIMARY PURPOSE

This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. The Marketing Analyst will work with the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to develop reports and insights that measure digital and print campaign performance, as well as creating strategies to drive greater returns on investment for campaigns. This role will work closely with many cross-functional teams including the Retail Purchasing, Marketing, Creative, and Information Technology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compare data from multiple sources to draw correlations and influence Marketing decisions.
  • Measure the impact of all marketing channels and develop reporting metrics and dashboards for 3-4 brands.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand business and marketing goals, leveraging analytics to advance and achieve these goals.
  • Analyze Marketing campaigns to determine the success or failure and communicate the analysis effectively with the team to use for future promotions.
  • Prepare various marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. This will include retail email, retail sales, catalog sales and more.
  • Evaluate marketing strategies and identify opportunities to grow.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to execute marketing projects such as digital communications, CRM, consumer promotions, etc.
  • Gather information from various sources and merge the data together to create reporting dashboards that are easy to read and comprehend.
  • Evaluate all Marketing Metrics to determine where our budget should be focused. The goal is to spend our money more wisely, using data to back up our spending.
  • Support the Retail Marketing and Marketing Operations team with tracking and reporting on various Marketing metrics. The goal is to assist the team in increasing company revenue while decreasing costs.

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDIND SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS/SOFTWARE UTILIZED

  • Strategic and Analytical abilities
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Project Management (Utilize Workfront)
  • Well-organized, detail and deadline-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across business units

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Project Management, Merchandising
  • Fluent in English
  • Years of experience 2-5

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Marketing
  • Well-organized, high attention to detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical ability and expertise in Excel
  • Strong Interpersonal skills

SPECIAL SKILLS/TRAINING REQUIRED

  • Project Management
  • Customer-centric mind-set, constantly seeking ways to improve the shopping, buying and post-purchase experience
