 ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Media Designer is responsible to support our initiatives for our growing Video, Animation and Social Media needs. Providing animations, videos and graphic design support to multiple Art department channels. Must be highly creative while following the overall look of the brand. Must posess an acute attention to detail and have a keen eye for color. Ensures all work, both creative and technical, are reviewed for accuracy before submitted for approval. Must be proficient in the production side as well as the creative aspect. Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment and be a team player. Tasks will include digital photography , soft-goods/apparel styling, video editing and animation  in Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Preimer, illustration,  and web/email design.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Concept, create and edit compelling and engaging short and long videos for Instagram, tik tok, YouTube, Facebook and our own web platforms. This include concepting, story boarding, shoot prep, working with stock video, audio and voice.
  • Concept and execute Pinterest-like soft-good/apparel vignettes based on campaign plan needs. This includes, story boarding, physical garment pulling, styling and shooting in our DIY shoot stations. Includes the post-production work with our retouching teams.
  • Create eye-catching and appropriate designs for online while meeting deadlines & maintaining consistent brand identity; create and maintain style guides
  • Work on all aspects of the image production process including photo usage, photo style, color accuracy, re-touching and adding details
  • Ensures all work, both creative and technical, are reviewed for accuracy before given for approval.
  • Research uniform and retail industry and brand leaders; stay current on ecommerce best practices

    Special projects as assigned.
  • Monitor, manage, communicate on all timelines and resource needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, Art Directors, Production teams, Photography and Creative Director to create eye catching designs and imagery that reflect business requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Must be skilled in the following areas: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, WorkFront, Adobe Premier, Adobe Light Room
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Extremely detail oriented with project management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Field related experience
  • This position requires the use of a computer and the ability to distinguish colors and details
