This is a great opportunity to join a growing, global organization.  The digital Art Director generally is responsible for the quality control while insuring proper sign off by senior creative team, merchandisers and marketing teams. Responsible for managing  brands style guidelines and meeting all project deadlines.


  • Communicate  with team and internal + external business partners
  • Follow up on tasks; project tracking; setting timelines + milestones
  • Measuring KPIs; resource planning; trouble shooting
  • Research and monitor industry trends + market competitors
  • Research, develop and deploy new technologies and skills including creative, OS, application, production, management, marketing and business practices and technologies
  • Team coaching and training
  • Monthly, semi-annual and annual reviews and HSLs;
  • Manage team time keeping or invoicing; maintaining templates + brand guides;
  • Regularly review and evaluate processes, tracking KPIs and optimizing; hold regular team meeting
  • Art Directors are expected to be hands-on designers
  • Ensure engaging, market appropriate designs for self and team based on directives supplied by senior creatives, marketing or merchant business partners
  • Ensures quality and accuracy of assets delivered including merchandise specs, image quality, content and brand guidelines 


  • Must be able to maintain and grow a brands creative vision, strong retail or marketing graphics experience through strong layout, typography, photo composition, and mood board creation
  • High School or equivalent, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Photography, photoshoot management, or garment styling
  • Must be goal oriented and action-focused, practical, and self disciplined. Must have strong visual problem solving ability, the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals
  • Must possess excellent communication, presentation skills and work well within a team
  • Must demonstrate leadership skills, proactive thinking and the ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator Acrobat
  • Workfront
  • Microsoft office suite
  • Trello
  • Extremely detail oriented with project management skills
  • Basic understanding of Resposive Web Design
  • Experience in shooting or styling for video a plus
